We will not be responsible for late delivery of orders in the following situations:
1)Customers did not state clearly about the order information or requirements such as color, size, and so on.
2) We have contacted our customer about the problems in his order, but we have not got any reply from him yet, and as a result, the shipment exceeds the lead time.
